Your impact with us

• In your day-to-day work, you collaborate with the Support and Development teams to investigate technical anomalies reported by our customers.

• Together with the 3rd-Level team, you serve as the central point of contact (Single Point of Contact) between the customer-facing teams and the technical departments.

• For technical matters, such as inquiries regarding the bexio API, the 3rd-Level team handles direct communication with the customers.

• Furthermore, during more quiet periods, you will actively engage in developing automations to optimize workflows.

What you bring to the table

• You have a natural curiosity as well as a continuous willingness to learn and experiment.

• Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not just a skill for you - it is a passion.

• The tech stack surrounding LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP, and/or Java is familiar territory for you.

• Accounting knowledge and/or bexio experience would be a big plus.
