Job requirements
Your impact with us
Organizing daily operations, creating schedules, maintaining hotlines, and handling early and regular triage of new tickets.
Actively participating in day-to-day operations and lending a hand yourself on the phone and in the ticketing system during peak times.
Not hiding behind numbers, but leading by example and showing the team through your daily actions what excellent support means.
Analyzing daily key performance indicators, initiating measures, and optimizing processes in consultation with team leadership to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Acting as an important source of input for the product and development team and translating customer insights into concrete ideas for the further development of our product.
What you bring to the table
You have a completed vocational apprenticeship or training, preferably in a commercial, retail, or contact center environment.
You bring several years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in customer care or support at a company with a large customer base.
You are known for your strong organizational talent, which efficiently plans resources and sets the right priorities instantly, even with many waiting calls.
You are an absolute practitioner, keep a cool head in stressful situations, and manage inquiries efficiently and with high quality.
It is easy for you to maintain an overview, you have drive and an authentic personality that loves taking on responsibility at the frontline.
You have strong communication skills, proactively seek conversation when problems arise, and build sustainable relationships with customers and employees.
You present ideas concisely, master written communication confidently, and bring very good German as well as good English skills (French is a plus).
