Job requirements

Your impact with us

  • You are responsible for the indirect distribution channel of our "fiduciary" partners.

  • The acquisition of new fiduciaries, as well as the support of existing fiduciaries – from the first contact to the establishment and development of a sustainable and long-term partnership – are part of your main missions.

  • You also sell our entire product portfolio to fiduciaries in your assigned region, whether it involves training, software licenses, or applications from our Marketplace.

  • Administrative tasks, such as reporting, performance analysis, tracking of sales measures, and preparation of sales documents, are also part of your job, as is participating in trade fairs.

  • Your area of activity covers several cantons and requires travel.

What you bring to the table

  • You have a basic education as well as further training in the field of sales or business administration.

  • At least 4 to 5 years of professional experience in field sales, partner management, or indirect distribution are required, preferably in the Swiss market.

  • You are a true sales talent, skilled in negotiation as well as closing deals, and you know how to communicate easily at all levels.

  • You ideally possess basic knowledge of financial accounting and payroll management, and the fiduciary sector is not unfamiliar to you.

  • You are proactive, organized, autonomous, and goal-oriented.

  • You enjoy working in a team. French is your native language and you possess negotiation-level skills in English or German; Italian is an asset. You are flexible and ready to meet your clients on-site, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland around 60 to 80%.
