Job requirements

Your impact with us

  • You are the primary point of contact for our fiduciary partners, guiding them throughout their entire journey with bexio – from initial contact to successful adoption of our solution.

  • In engaging product demos, inspiring academies, and interactive webinars, you demonstrate how easily and effectively bexio can be used, while actively selling training and enablement packages to our partners.

  • You build long-term, trusting relationships with our partners – both online and over the phone.

  • You handle partner and customer cases, manage complaints professionally, and work proactively on win-back initiatives for dissatisfied or inactive customers.

  • You collaborate closely with teams such as Support, Product Management, and Marketing to understand and implement the wishes and needs of our partners.

  • With your creativity and commitment, you actively contribute to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy, helping to strengthen the fiduciary channel at bexio even further.

What you bring to the table

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent) including further education, paired with 4–5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, forms your foundation.

  • You speak our customers' language. Terms like "chart of accounts" (Kontenplan), "annual closing" (Jahresabschluss), or "VAT" (MWST) are second nature to you – ideally, you come directly from a fiduciary/accounting background or have sold software to this industry.

  • You love working with business clients and bring experience in partner or account management.

  • Training sessions and webinars are your home turf. With your expertise and charisma, you win the trust of fiduciaries and get them excited about our solutions.

  • A can-do attitude, self-motivation, team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics are what set you apart.

  • You are open, communicative, and know how to engage and inspire people at all levels.

  • German is your native language, and you shine with very good English skills – French or Italian would be a major plus.
