Job requirements

Your impact with us

  • You are responsible for the active acquisition of new fiduciary partners and drive further market expansion in your territory (Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Biel, Bern).

  • You conduct sales conversations in a goal-oriented manner to close deals, ensuring the achievement of our ambitious growth targets.

  • Actively identifying untapped market potential, you win new fiduciary partners through consistent acquisition (on-site visits, telephone, social selling).

  • You analyze the potential of existing partnerships and increase the share-of-wallet through targeted cross- and upselling.

  • You represent bexio at industry trade fairs as well as events and continuously expand your network in the fiduciary world.

  • You maintain your pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and use metrics to steer your sales activities.

What you bring to the table

  • You have basic commercial training as well as targeted further education in sales or business administration.

  • You look back on at least three years of success in field sales, ideally in the software or SaaS environment.

  • Being a strong closer with sharp negotiation skills, you communicate confidently across all hierarchical levels.

  • You ideally bring knowledge of the fiduciary sector and/or financial and payroll accounting.

  • You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, and the necessary stamina in new customer business.

  • You communicate stylistically confident in German and English; French is a welcome plus.

  • You value working directly with the customer and bring a willingness to travel of around 80%. Ideally, you reside in one of the mentioned regions.
