Your impact with us

• You will drive the transformation from a traditional ERP system to a connected app ecosystem built around a central core ERP. In doing so, you will automate accounting and collection processes using digital and AI-driven tools to achieve true "touchless accounting".

• As a leader, you will support your team and actively foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• You will prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and corporate guidelines, ensuring accurate VAT reporting.

• You will reliably maintain an effective Internal Control System (ICS), including revenue assurance, and serve as the central point of contact for auditors.

• You will act proactively as a strategic partner within the finance team and take the lead on cross-functional projects.

What you bring to the table

• The foundation of your success is a degree in business administration, ideally complemented by advanced training in accounting, auditing, or digital leadership.

• You bring at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with several years in a leadership role, ideally within a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI agents and digital workflows is something you already possess, combined with a deep understanding of accounting processes and ERP landscapes.

• Your working style is structured and systematic, paired with a strong, proactive hands-on mentality.

• Driven by a strong desire to shape things, you don't just plan digitalization projects, you actively bring them to life.

• You communicate clearly and concisely at all times, standing out through your high level of determination and personal commitment.

• With assertiveness and a positive, competitive mindset, you easily inspire and energize those around you.
