Job requirements

What you will be doing with us

  • You identify new opportunities, acquire major strategic sales partners for us, and support them throughout the entire lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

  • You always keep the big picture in mind and set clear strategic priorities while efficiently and smoothly managing established tools like our partner portal in the background.

  • To successfully manage long-term partnerships, you are regularly on the road throughout Switzerland (focus on German-speaking Switzerland) and directly support our partners on-site.

  • For major cooperations, you take on the overarching coordination and ensure that projects run smoothly both internally and externally, creating measurable added value for both parties.

  • You manage existing cooperations, develop new partnership models together with the Head of Sales, and actively drive our growth through targeted measures such as webinars, newsletters, or marketing activities.

  • At trade fairs, partner events, and industry meetings, you represent bexio with passion and convince the audience even in larger presentations and speeches.

  • You independently and with a high quality standard handle administrative tasks such as comprehensive reporting, documentation in the CRM, and the creation of individual presentations.

Your backpack for this position

  • A completed basic education, complemented by targeted further training in sales, marketing, or business administration.

  • At least five years of solid experience in sales, partner management, business development, or indirect sales. You know from your own experience how to acquire, structure, and successfully manage larger sales cooperations.

  • As a true sales talent, you demonstrate negotiation skills and communicate confidently and convincingly at all hierarchical levels. Moreover, you visibly enjoy presenting bexio confidently to a larger audience.

  • Your way of working is very structured, goal-oriented, and characterized by a high level of personal responsibility. At the same time, you are an absolute team player who places great value on cross-functional collaboration with other departments.

  • In German (native language), you communicate confidently, and you also find it easy to exchange professionally in English. If you also have good knowledge of French, that is a strong plus.
