Your impact with us

• You independently handle complex customer and fiduciary inquiries in the area of accounting and Kontera. You communicate confidently at eye level with customers and fiduciaries – in a target-group-oriented and solution-oriented manner.

• SPOC (Single Point of Contact): As the voice of our customers, you shape product development: you prepare feedback based on data and, together with Product Management, steer the further development of the software in your area.

• Together with the Product Owner, you master release and incident management, you test new features and ensure that communication is secured both internally and externally.

• You reproduce bugs and record them for our development department. You manage customer information and communicate updates as well as workarounds precisely. You deliver meaningful reportings and use your analyses to actively optimize processes.

• You empower your support colleagues through regular training sessions around your area. You design a first-class help center with texts, videos, and graphics for maximum customer self-help.

• You are also co-responsible for other modules and ensure the deputy coverage for the SPOC. You participate in meetings during absences and resolve customer inquiries in this module.

What you bring to the table

• You have a completed vocational training in the commercial sector and ideally bring 3–4 years of professional experience in support and / or financial accounting.

• Your strength lies in analyzing complex matters and developing pragmatic solutions.

• You are a communication talent and can explain technical topics understandably and clearly.

• A structured and self-reliant way of working sets you apart, while at the same time, you value working in a team.

• Experience in financial accounting and administrative activities, especially in the context of SME processes, is a plus.

• Your language skills are excellent: you command German at a native level and have very good English skills. Any additional foreign language is a plus.
