Job description

As a 1st Level Supporter at bexio AG, you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions and issues. You support them professionally and friendly via phone, email, or chat and ensure a quick resolution. Your task is to receive, analyze inquiries, and if necessary, escalate them to the next support level. You work closely with our support team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

What to expect from you:

  • Good communication skills in German and English are required to effectively interact with customers and provide solutions.

  • Experience in customer support or IT helpdesk is advantageous to quickly adapt to the role and efficiently handle customer inquiries.

  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting software issues is necessary to assist customers with technical difficulties and find solutions.

  • Teamwork and customer orientation are important qualities to collaborate within the support team and ensure the best possible service for customers.

What we expect from you:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably in commerce, retail, contact center, etc.

  • You have 4-5 years of experience in customer service/support or a professional role involving customer interaction.

  • Your place of residence is in Switzerland.

  • German is your native language and you have excellent English skills - knowledge of Italian or French is advantageous.

  • You enthusiastically support new team members with patience and your knowledge at the start.
