Job requirements

Your impact with us

  • You support our customers on the phone as well as via email with all their concerns and inquiries.

  • You find independent solutions and present them to the customers or classify the requests and forward them to our 2nd-level support team.

  • You gather the wishes / inputs of our customers, actively obtain customer feedback, and share this with our Product Management team.

  • Regular participation in meetings, trainings, and coachings is important and keeps you "up-to-date".

  • The activity is rounded off by further tasks, such as contributing to continuous process optimization and various other projects.

What you bring to the table

  • You have completed a vocational apprenticeship / training, preferably in commerce (KV), retail, contact center, etc.

  • You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service / support or a professional activity involving customer contact.

  • Your place of residence is in Switzerland.

  • Being bilingual (FR & DE) is required, and you also have good English skills. Any additional foreign language is a plus.

  • You are enthusiastic, dedicated, have a service mindset, and are open-minded as well as engaged.

  • You love customer contact, whether on the phone or in writing, and it brings you joy to make our bexio customers happy.
