The impact you will make

• You track down vulnerabilities in our systems with precision, assess the risks, and collaborate with the teams to develop sustainable fixes.

• You confidently contain security incidents and resolve them immediately to neutralize acute threats to our infrastructure as quickly as possible.

• You continuously monitor our security architecture so we can detect anomalies or attempted attacks early on.

• You actively drive our security standards forward by implementing, optimizing, and automating modern security tools.

• You reliably secure our systems through regular penetration tests and in-depth analyses of the infrastructure (e.g., according to OWASP).

• You train our technical teams, empower them to implement preventive protective measures, and thus embed technical guardrails directly into their daily development routines.

• You bring your own ideas to the table and play a key role in shaping the security culture within our dynamic greenfield environment.

Your backpack for this role

• Ideally, you bring 2 to 5 years of professional experience in security engineering.

• You possess a deep understanding of modern security concepts, vulnerability management, and common frameworks (e.g., OWASP, CVSS, CVE).

• You navigate confidently in the world of cloud security (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and have solid knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes) and Linux infrastructures.

• You get to the root cause of complex security incidents and always act in a pragmatic, solution-oriented manner.

• You bring hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), version control (Git), as well as standard pentesting or SIEM tools.

• You communicate clearly, proactively, and cross-functionally – at a business-fluent English level (C1).

• You work independently and highly enjoy continuously acquiring new knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
