Your impact with us

• You hold end-to-end responsibility for driving our strategic, cross-company key projects from initiation to successful closure.

• Ensuring efficient resource, budget, and risk management across all involved departmental silos is a core part of your role.

• You report project progress transparently, reliably, and appropriately tailored to the Executive Level and the Steering Committee (SteerCo).

• Methodological coaching and hands-on support for decentralized sub-project managers in smaller initiatives are also part of your exciting daily routine.

• You provide lean and pragmatic templates, such as project charters, risk matrices, or status reports.

• Establishing a unified project lifecycle at bexio is something you drive actively and purposefully.

• You sustainably strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and ensure complete portfolio transparency across the entire company.

What you bring to the table

• You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in managing complex, cross-company projects, ideally in the SaaS, Tech, or FinTech sector.

• Proven hands-on experience in building or successfully running a (Lean) PMO sets your professional background apart.

• You confidently navigate hybrid project methods, skillfully combining classic waterfall planning with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

• Modern work management tools such as Jira and Confluence are part of your daily toolkit, which you use to create pragmatic dashboards and KPI reports.

• You stand out with strong analytical thinking, high organizational competence, and the necessary assertiveness when dealing with competing priorities.

• An appropriate project management certification ideally rounds off your methodological skill set.

• You communicate fluently in German and English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a valuable plus.
