Your impact with us

• You have the opportunity to shape the product area at the number 1 ERP system for SMEs in Switzerland, expanding it with innovative new features as well as further developing existing products.

• At the interface between product development, sales, and support, as well as finance and the app marketplace, you are responsible for subscription management at bexio.

• In addition to subscription topics, you take responsibility for and accompany further product areas throughout their lifecycle: from strategy and idea through to go-to-market, launch, and in-life support.

• Keeping an eye on the market enables you to identify and drive strategic initiatives, and you take responsibility for the roadmap of your assigned areas.

• You maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders, actively shape communication, and also lead the go-to-markets (GTM) for new products.

• An open and appreciative working environment awaits you in a very fast-growing company right in the middle of its scale-up phase.

• You will become part of an outstanding product team that possesses a great deal of competence and experience.

What you bring to the table

• You bring at least three years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company and have a university or university of applied sciences degree in the bag. Experience in AI topics, subscription/membership management, and checkout is an advantage.

• You find the digitalization of SMEs exciting, enjoy immersing yourself in the administrative daily routine of small companies, and want to simplify and improve it. Experience in the fields of Fintech, accounting, or ERP systems is a significant plus, helping you understand the needs of fiduciaries and SMEs.

• Terms like ERP, CRM, HR tools, payroll, or accounting are not foreign words to you.

• You combine strategic thinking with strong implementation skills and understand how to test ideas for profitability, make complex projects easy to understand, and lead them to market success through skillful stakeholder management.

• A joy for teamwork and excellent communication skills are a matter of course for you.

• You speak fluent German and possess very good English skills.
