Your impact with us

• You will independently manage your prospects and guide them through the entire sales process, from lead qualification and consulting to converting them into customers.

• You will assist and advise prospects during the evaluation phase, using your expertise over the phone, online, and in writing.

• You will maintain contacts in our CRM system and establish your monthly sales forecasts.

• You will take on exciting challenges and participate in sales contests where you can win prizes such as vouchers or trips.

What you bring to the table

• You reside in Switzerland. You have completed an apprenticeship or training, preferably as a commercial employee ("employé de commerce" / "Kaufmann/-frau").

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales – career changers with a sales background are welcome. Sales is in your blood, and you never lose sight of your goals.

• You communicate effortlessly with our clientele in Swiss German and have a very good level of English.

• You are outgoing, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills.

• You are customer-oriented, reliable, motivated, and a strong team player.
