Job requirements

Your impact with us

  • You will independently design high-quality visual content, key visuals, and layouts for our campaigns, website, social media, and print media, bringing them to life using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

  • As the central point of contact for our visual identity, you will lead the internal "Brand Approval" process and ensure that our new corporate design is consistently applied across the entire company (approx. 200 employees).

  • You will build smart, scalable master templates and global Figma libraries, empowering non-designers through internal training to work independently while staying on-brand.

  • In your role, you will act as an expert sounding board for various departments, advising on visual matters and enforcing our quality standards with tact and diplomacy.

  • You adeptly use generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney, along with prompt engineering, in your daily workflow to rapidly test visual ideas and make design processes even more efficient.

  • For external productions, you take the reins, providing precise briefs to service providers such as photographers, video producers, or printers, and overseeing the top-tier, on-brand execution of the deliverables.

  • You will drive the strategic evolution of our visual brand, advise management on major brand initiatives, and define forward-looking AI guidelines and design standards for the entire company.

What you bring to the table

  • You have a degree in design coupled with several years of proven professional experience in corporate identity and brand management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Outstanding conceptual skills allow you to translate strategic requirements and complex briefs into inspiring, creative campaigns and strong key visuals.

  • You know the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) inside out, work routinely with Figma and DAM systems, and ideally bring basic knowledge of motion design or an understanding of UX/UI.

  • You stand out with an uncompromising eye for the highest visual quality, while acting as a strong, communicative "Brand Cop" who protects the brand across all departments diplomatically yet firmly.

  • You are open to technological trends and are already adept at using generative AI (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) as a genuine efficiency booster in your daily design workflow.

  • With a healthy dose of 80/20 pragmatism and a highly structured approach to work, you confidently navigate agile project management tools, manage service providers, and are always happy to get hands-on operationally.

  • You possess the necessary self-confidence and resilience to compellingly defend visual concepts in front of stakeholders and handle feedback from non-designers professionally.
