Your impact with us

• You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 9-member, multinational, and distributed SRE team (Brazil, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia), as well as the active coaching and further development of your team members.

• Responsibility for architectural decisions in the SRE environment and operations, as well as the continuous further development of the bexio infrastructure, lies with you.

• You actively contribute to the daily operations (hands-on) and work closely with other engineering teams.

What you bring to the table

• You bring at least 1 year of experience in leading a team, and you see yourself as a leader as well as part of the team.

• Joy in coaching, supporting, and advancing colleagues both technically and personally is something you possess.

• You have a very strong technical background in Linux and Kubernetes, including experience with tools like Helm, ArgoCD, KEDA, or comparable technologies.

• You possess good knowledge of cloud environments such as GCP and/or AWS.

• You bring experience with at least two of the following database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
