Job requirements

What you achieve with us

  • You lead a team of Partner Success Managers and ensure that everyone - regardless of experience level - develops purposefully. As a sparring partner in daily business, you help your team achieve their own KPIs and goals.

  • Your team organizes training sessions, answers inquiries, and develops growth strategies for partners. You don't have to do it all yourself, but you understand the challenges behind it and optimize processes like onboarding to run smoothly for your team and partners.

  • Your clear mission is enablement, not traditional sales. You develop new strategies and measures to sustainably maximize partner retention and product know-how of our partners.

  • You continuously analyze partner performance, evaluate reports, and derive strategic recommendations for the management.

  • You work closely across departments with sales, marketing, and product management, actively contributing as a problem solver in complex issues with major partners.

Your backpack for this position

  • You have already led teams and have the sense to motivate people and shape them into a strong team.

  • You have firsthand experience in how Partner Success works and are familiar with the range of tasks - from daily inquiries to strategic account planning.

  • You see yourself as a relationship manager and enabler. Instead of pushing products into the market with pressure, you ensure that customers use our solutions correctly and recognize the added value.

  • You bring solid experience in customer service or enablement, ideally directly from the SaaS environment or with connections to the trust industry.

  • You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and verbally, as this is absolutely essential for our daily operations.
