Job requirements
Your impact with us
You lead and coach our Partner Manager team at the Rapperswil and Vevey locations and promote the individual development of your employees.
Your daily routine consists of a versatile mix: you are responsible for operational management and, at the same time, are actively involved on the sales front.
You acquire new fiduciary partners in the field sales force and sustainably expand existing partnerships in German-speaking Switzerland as well as in the Romandie. Monitoring sales figures and KPIs is just as much a part of your duties as deriving and implementing concrete measures to achieve goals.
You actively shape our sales processes, define new standards and ensure compliance with them in daily business.
As a central interface, you work closely with the Marketing, Product Management and Partner Success teams to strengthen our market presence.
You support your team with complex inquiries as well as in complaint management and ensure high service quality towards our partners.
What you bring to the table
You look back on at least five years of sound experience in sales and ideally bring two or more years of leadership experience with you.
You have supplemented your basic commercial training with further education in the field of sales or business administration (preferably at HF level).
You communicate with absolute confidence in German as well as English and possess very good French skills for supporting our partners in French-speaking Switzerland.
As a motivating leader, you know how to communicate goals clearly and carry your team along through your own enthusiasm for sales.
You possess a strong understanding of business correlations and have the ability to translate complex topics into tangible measures.
A high affinity for software and IT is required, while knowledge in the fiduciary sector or accounting is a big plus.
Your place of residence is ideally located in the region of Biel/Fribourg, Bern, / Mittelland, Solothurn, in order to ensure an optimal presence in both language regions.
