Your impact with us

• Driving growth and efficiency, you scale and optimize accounting and collection processes using digital and AI-driven tools to achieve true touchless accounting.

• As a leader, you support your team and actively foster a culture of personal ownership and continuous improvement.

• The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and group guidelines, including correct VAT accounting, is in your hands.

• Reliably ensuring an effective internal control system (ICS), you act as the central point of contact for auditors.

• Proactively collaborating as a sparring partner within the finance team, you also take the lead on cross-departmental projects.

What you bring to the table

• The foundation of your success is a degree in business administration, ideally complemented by advanced training in accounting, auditing, or digital leadership.

• You bring at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with several years in a leadership role, ideally within a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI agents and digital workflows is something you already possess, combined with a deep understanding of accounting processes and ERP landscapes.

• Your working style is structured and systematic, paired with a strong, proactive hands-on mentality.

• Driven by a strong desire to shape things, you don't just plan digitalization projects, you actively bring them to life.

• You communicate clearly and concisely at all times, standing out through your high level of determination and personal commitment.

• With assertiveness and a positive, competitive mindset, you easily inspire and energize those around you.
