Your impact with us
You steer the entire conversion optimization process of the bexio website with the clear goal of continuously increasing the generation of new leads – from data analysis and hypothesis generation to prioritization and implementation.
You identify weak points in the user journey by analyzing user behavior (GA4), heatmaps, and session recordings, as well as through competitive analysis and qualitative user feedback.
Acting as an interface between Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand, Content & Communication, you drive the implementation of experiments together with Marketing, Full-Stack Developers, and Web Analysts and ensure close alignment with all stakeholders.
You establish a long-term "Culture of Experimentation" by preparing test results in an understandable way, presenting successes, and empowering other teams through frameworks to independently implement experiments and sustainably anchor testing processes in the company.
In addition, you work hand in hand with our internal Web Analyst to ensure website tracking. In this role, you independently take responsibility for campaign evaluations and support the expansion of our reporting landscape in Looker Studio.
What you bring to the table
You bring at least two years of relevant professional experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, or growth hacking, ideally with a focus on lead generation.
A completed degree (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science) or a comparable education with a strong focus on data and user behavior is required.
You master the basics of A/B testing (statistics, significance, testing frameworks), have experience with tools such as Kameleoon, Optimizely, or comparable solutions, and can consistently prioritize tasks based on impact (backlog management).
You are confident in using Google Analytics 4 and love diving into data to decode the 'why' behind user behavior. From the data, you then create measurable hypotheses, and from hypotheses, growth. It would be a plus if you are also experienced in visually presenting insights in Looker Studio.
You possess a strong understanding of UX/UI principles as well as the psychological triggers of conversion optimization.
Ideally, you understand web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) well enough to assess the feasibility of tests, precisely brief requirements to the development team, or independently implement simple tests.
You can translate complex test results into simple business insights as well as communicate recommendations clearly, understandably, and convincingly to various stakeholders.
Thinking proactively and working in a user-centric way, you possess the curiosity to constantly challenge existing assumptions in order to develop data-driven solutions.
