Your impact with us

• You enthusiastically assist our customers via phone and email with all their questions and requests.

• You independently find solution-oriented approaches

• You identify complex issues early on and escalate them directly to our 2nd-level support team.

• You gather customer feedback and pass valuable insights on to product management.

• You regularly participate in meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously grow as a professional.

• You actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes.

• You support the team with dedication on various engaging special projects.

What you bring to the table

• A successfully completed vocational qualification (e.g., retail, commercial/KV, contact center) forms your solid foundation.

• Your professional background includes 2–3 years of experience in customer service or support.

• You speak French at a native level and communicate fluently and confidently in English.

• Proven expertise in email and phone support, as well as escalation management, is among your key strengths.

• You stand out with your strong customer focus, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with modern software tools like bexio and Salesforce is considered a strong plus.

• You keep a cool head in fast-paced situations and show great enthusiasm for technological innovations (e.g., AI).
