Your impact with us

• You assist our customers on the phone and via email with all their requests and questions.

• You find solutions independently and present them to the customers.

• If necessary, you will classify the requests and ensure the follow-up with our level 2 support team.

• You gather the wishes/suggestions of our customers, actively solicit their feedback, and forward it to our product team.

• Regular participation in meetings, trainings, and coachings is important and keeps you up to date.

• Other tasks round off this activity, such as participating in the continuous optimization of processes and various other projects.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial field, retail, call centers, etc.

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service / customer support or in a field involving direct customer contact.

• Your place of residence is in Switzerland.

• French is your native language. You have an excellent command of German. Proficiency in Italian or English would be an asset.

• You are enthusiastic, motivated, have a sense of service, and are open-minded and committed.

• You love customer contact, whether by phone or in writing, and you enjoy meeting our customers' expectations.
